It is built for precise, instruction-based edits: you describe what should change and what must stay the same, and it returns the result at native 1K or 2K, usually within seconds, while untouched details such as labels, logos and faces are preserved. It can also create new images from a text prompt.

Can Krea 3 create images from text, or only edit them?

Both. In Retouchly Studio, Krea 3 with no attachment creates a new image from your prompt; attach one or more images and Krea 3 · Edit changes them according to your instruction.

How is Krea 3 different from Krea 2?

Krea 2 is tuned for expressive, art-directed generation from a prompt. Krea 3 is tuned for control: editing an existing image, keeping products and characters consistent across references, and returning native 2K quickly. Both are in the model picker, so you can draft a look with Krea 2 and refine it with Krea 3.

How do I write a Krea 3 edit that keeps the rest of the photo?

Name the exact change and where it happens, then list what must not change: the subject, its shape, colors, label, text, camera angle and framing. When you attach several images, give each a role, for example: use image 1 as the product to keep exactly, use image 2 only for the room and lighting. Short, specific instructions work better than long lists of style words.

How many reference images can I use?

Up to six per Krea 3 edit. Each extra reference adds a small number of credits, shown before you run.

Can I turn a Krea 3 image into a video?

Yes. Switch the studio to video and choose Seedance, Kling, Wan, FLUX or Hailuo. Attach your image as the first frame or as a reference and describe the motion; the credit cost for the selected duration and resolution is shown first.
